The most recent fund raising event raised a further £873 when local Crosspool butcher Phil James (open 6 days a week for all your quality meat) 'volunteered' to have his legs waxed outside his shop on Sandygate Road on Saturday 30th June, if your stomach is strong enough you can view the event (with screaming) at:

Our thanks goes out to Phil for his time, pain and looking daft when he hits the beach in Ibiza this week and especially Farrah and Natalie at Top to Toe beauticians on Sandygate Road (other not so good Beauticians are available)for their time, free donation of the equipment, wax etc and for being brave enough to take on those legs!
Despite the rain there were quite a few volunteers to tear a strip off Phil for a change and there were lots of smiles from those the right side of the wax.
Thanks again for the idea Farrah and Natalie, maybe his Bikini area next??!!
This brings the total to £8300 with some more still to come.....
