Over 3 days William and Gerry Bennet are cycling the coast to coast route from Workington to Tynemouth - that's 140 miles with "numerous climbs" (the highest of which is 2000 feet - but don't tell them!) in support of ToD.
Gerry works day to day with children who have Type 1 diabetes as one of their specialist paediatric dietitians, so she knows all about the challenges, how important the right food is to these children and is involved in the great work the childrens hospital do.
